MOCI is based on principles of open culture and co-creation. As initiators we understand our role as facilitators and points of contact embedded in an equal and inclusive community if practitioners in the regions. We are 7-Arte from Mitrovica, Creopia Productions from Vanadzor, EducationHub Azerbaijan, HomeInFagaras in Fagaras, icebauhaus in Dessau, the Institute for Social Innovation in Tblisi, Munja in Podgorica and Tek Bunkeri in Tirana.
